The Keys Tiny Home Park is a 55+ semi-remote private covenant-controlled community for tiny home on wheels. Included with each offgrid tiny home lot rental is weekly shuttle service, trash service, freshwater delivery, maintained common area landscape, groomed wilderness walking trail, and a three-season establishing food forest. Lots, approximately 25’x50′, are sized to accommodate up to two tenants, one tiny home on wheels, a freshwater tank, personal open space for garden/chicken run/etc., small storage shed, solar array, and compost site.

There are no blackwater facilities- Composting toilets only. Graywater must be ecofriendly and be routed through a simple filter system and then drained into a botanical cell, or garden. Electric power has to be solar/wind power only. Due to the sensitivity of the entire site, plated vehicle traffic is not recommended, but parking is provided, as a courtesy, in a designated parking area. ATVing is highly encouraged, for many reasons. (Weekly shuttle service is provided, free with applicable lot rental.) Also, the Keys is in an established nature preserve- complete with resident and visiting snakes, lizards, frogs, insects, turtles, possum, bobcat, turkey, fox, racoon, armadillo, deer, nesting birds, squirrels, etc.- so, absolutely no loose pets, no free roaming birds, and no barking dogs.
